İnsan kaynaklı Lactobacillus Spp. suşlarının probiyotik özelliklerinin belirlenmesi

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, Kırşehir Devlet Hastanesine belirli bir şikayetle başvurmuş 25-50 yaş arası sindirim sistemi problemi bulunmayan 48 hastanın gaitasından izole edilmiş Lactobacillus spp. suşları kullanılmıştır. Toplam 25 adet olan bu suşların düşük pH dirençlerinin belirlenmesi, yüksek safra tuzu (oxgall) konsantrasyonlarına karşı toleransı ve safra tuzu (kolik asit) hidrolizi, bazı patojen mikroorganizmalara karşı inhibitör etkileri, antimikrobiyal aktiviteleri ve kolesterol asimilasyonunun belirlenmesi hedeflenmiştir. Yapılan çalışmalar sonucunda, 5 suştan iyi sonuçlar elde edilmiştir. Bu suşların probiyotik olabileceği düşünülmektedir.

Lactobacillus spp. strains isolated from the stool of 48 patients between the ages of 25 and 50 who resorted to the Kırşehir state hospital with various complaints without having a problem with their digestive system, were used in this study. The aim targeted was the designation of the low pH resistance, the tolerance against concentrations of high bile salt (oxgall) and the hydrolysis of bile salt (cholic acid), the inhibitory affects on some pathogen microorganisms, the designation of antimicrobial activity and cholesterol assimilation of all strains of which there were a total of 25. As a result of the study, Good results were obtained from 5 strains. These strains are considered to be probiotics.
