Kaz Dağları Milli Parkı ağaç ve çalıları üzerinde gelişen mikrofungusların taksonomisi
Abstract
Bitki hastalıklarının o?nemli etmenlerinden biri mikromantarlardır. Dog?al ya da korunan orman ekosistemlerindeki mikobiyotanın ayrıntılı bir s?ekilde incelenmesi ve mikromantar tu?rlerinin hem fitoso?nozlarda hem de mikosinuzyalardaki kars?ılıklı ilis?kilerinin ortaya konulması, bunlar ile mu?cadele ac?ısından o?nemli bir as?amadır. Kazdag?ı Milli Parkı (KDMP) biyoc?es?itlilik, endemizm oranı, fitocog?rafik yer alıs? ve dag?ların uzanıs? istikameti sebebiyle es?siz bir o?neme sahiptir. Tez su?resince alanda saha c?alıs?maları yapılmıs? ve ormanları olus?turan ag?ac? ve c?alıların dal, go?vde kabug?u, yaprak ve meyve gibi mikrofunguslarla enfekte olan kısımlarından numuneler alınmıs?tır. Laboratuvara getirilen o?rneklerin incelenmesi sonucunda 105 takson tespit edilmis?tir. Literatu?r taramalarına go?re, bu aras?tırma sonucu KDMP'de 19 cins ve 58 tu?r mikrofungus Tu?rkiye mikobiyotası ic?in yeni kayıttır. Bunlar: Agyrium, Ascochytopsis, Byssosphaeria, Ceratosphaeria, Curreya, Dwayaangam, Fujimyces, Giulia, Kalmusia, Keissleriella, Neocucurbitaria, Nigrograna, Parapithomyces, Patellariopsis, Pseudolachnea, Sclerencoelia, Sclerotiopsis, Septopatella ve Velutaria cinsleri. One of the most important factor of plant diseases is microfungi. Examining the mycobiota in natural or protected forest ecosystems in detail and revealing the interrelationships of microfungus species in both phytocenoses and mycosinusia is an important step in combating them. Kazdag?ı National Park (KDNP) has a unique importance due to its biodiversity, endemism rate, phytogeographical location and the direction of the mountains. During the thesis, field studies were carried out in the area and samples were collected from parts of trees and shrubs that form forests, such as branches, stem bark, leaves and fruits, which are infected with microfungi. As a result of the examination of the samples brought to the laboratory, 105 taxa were identified. According to the literature review, 19 genera and 58 species of microfungi are new records for the Turkish mycobiota as a result of this research. These are as genera level: Agyrium, Ascochytopsis, Byssosphaeria, Ceratosphaeria, Curreya, Dwayaangam, Fujimyces, Giulia, Kalmusia, Keissleriella, Neocucurbitaria, Nigrograna, Parapithomyces, Patellariopsis, Pseudolachnea, Sclerencoelia, Sclerotiopsis, Septopatella and Velutaria.
