The shoulder joint is the most mobile joint in the body. This hypermobility is achieved by combination of movement of the four joints (glenohumeral joint, acromioclavicular joint, sternoclavicular joint, and scapulothoracic joint), working together. Impairment of one of these joints causes restriction of shoulder movements. It is essential to know the anatomy of the shoulder for accurate examination to find the pathology. This chapter tries to share the most used tests to approach the glenohumeral joint disease. © Springer Nature Switzerland AG 2022.
