Kırşehir ilinde, dondurmalardan izole edilen hareketli aeromonas'ların antimikrobiyal direnç ve yağ asidi kompozisyonlarının incelenmesi

Abstract

Bu çalışmada Kırşehir'deki dondurmacılardan alınan 52 adet dondurma örneğinden izole edilen 10 Aeromonas türü bakteri örneğinin izolasyonu, identifikasyonu, antibiyotik direnç profilleri ve yağ asidi içerikleri incelenmiştir. Dondurma örneklerinin incelenmesi neticesinde izole edilen 3 A. caviae, 6 A.hydrophila, 1 A.sobria suşu ile A. hydrophila (ATCC 7966), A. veronii bv. sobria (ATCC 43979), ve A. caviae (ATCC 15468) referans suşlarının antibiyotik dirençleri belirlenmiştir. Sonuç olarak; izole edilen Aeromonas türü bakteri örneklerinin ampisilin ve tetrasikline karşı % 100 dirençli olduğu belirlenmiştir. İzole edilen örneklerin önce ince tabaka daha sonrada gaz kromatografisinde analizleri yapılmış neticede A. hydrophila'nın 12:0 (laurik asit), 14:0 (miristik asit), 15:0 (pentadekanoik asit), 15:0 3OH (3 hidroksi pentadekanoik asit), 16:1 palmitoleik asit), 16:0 (palmitik asit), 17:1 (margaroleik asit), 17:0 3OH (3 hidroksi heptadekanoik asit), 18:1 (oleik asit) ve 18:0 (stearik asit) yağ asitlerini içerdiği tespit edilmiştir. In this study, the isolation, identification, antibiotic resistance profiles and fatty acid contents of 10 Aeromonas species bacteria samples isolated from 52 ice cream samples taken from ice cream sellers in Kırşehir. The antibiotic resistance of 3 A. caviae, 6 A. hydrophila, 1 A. sobria strain with A. hydrophila (ATCC 7966), A. veronii bv. sobria (ATCC 43979), and A. caviae (ATCC 15468) reference strains isolated as a result of the examination of the ice cream samples was determined. As a conclusion, isolated Aeromonas species bacteria samples were found to be resistant 100 % to ampicilline and tetracycline. Firstly thin layer and then gas chromatographies of the isolated samples were conducted and they were seen to be containing 12:0 (lauric acid), 14:0 (myristic acid), 15:0 (pentadecanoic acid), 15:0 3OH (3 hydroxy pentadecanoic acid), 16:1 (palmitoleic acid), 16:0 (palmitic acid), 17:1 (margaroleic acid), 17:0 3OH (3 hydroxy heptadecanoic acid), 18:1 (oleic acid) and 18:0 (stearic acid) fatty acids of A. hydrophila. key Words: Aeromonas, antibiotic resistance, fatty acid, ice cream.
