Iris sari Schott ex Barker (Iridaceae) morfolojik, anatomik, polen ve tohum yüzeyi (SEM) ve DNA analiz bakımından araştırılması

Abstract

Bu çalışmada Endemik Iris sari Schott ex Barker'in morfolojik, anatomik ve polen ve tohum yüzeyi (SEM) ve DNA özellikleri bakımından araştırılmıştır. Iris sari örnekleri Çiçekdağı'nda toplandıktan sonra morfolojik ölçümleri yapılmıştır ve türün teşhise yarayan karakterleri belirlenmiştir. Anatomik incelemelerde Iris sari'nin kök, gövde, yaprak ve çiçek kısımlarından alınan kesitler incelenmiştir. Polen ve tohum yüzeyi incelemelerinde polen tipinin sulkat, yüzey ornamentalinin retikulat olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Tohum yüzeylerinin ise colliculat olduğu belirlenmiştir. Türün yapılan okumalar sonucu elde edilen DNA dizisi ortaya konmuştur.In this study the Endemic Iris sari schott ex Barker is investigated in terms of its morphological, anatomical, pollen and seed surface (SEM) and the characteristics of its DNA. After the Iris sari examples were collected from Çiçekdağı (Çiçek Mountain) their morphological measurements were conducted and the characteristics corresponding to the identification of species were determined. In the anatomic investigations, the sections taken from the Iris sari root, stem, lesf and flower parts were analyzed. In the pollen and seed surface investigations it was found that the pollen type was Sulcate and the surface ornamental was reticulated. The seed surface were identified as colluculate. As a result of the readings on the type its DNA sequence was determined.
