Türkiye Orman Ekosistemlerinde Mikrofungusların Trofik Yapısı

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, mikrofungusların trofik yapıları ve konukçuları ile olan ilişkileri hakkında bilgi verilmiştir. Bunun yanısıra, Türkiye'de bazı büyük orman ekosistemlerinde (Karaman ili ağaç-çalı formasyonlarında, Karadeniz sahil ormanlarında -Giresun, Samsun, Trabzon-, Kurtboğazı Baraj Gölü çevresi fitosenozlarında, Küre Dağları orman ekosistemlerinde, Istranca Dağları orman ekosistemlerinde, Rize ili orman ekosistemlerinde ve Uludağ orman formasyonlarında) günümüze kadar yapılmış olan mikrofungus teşhis çalışmalarının sonuçları verilmiştir. Tespit edilen mikrofunguslar trofik açıdan (fillotrof, karpotrof, koprotrof, ksilotrof, lignotrof ve mikotrof) değerlendirilmiştir. Orman ekosistemlerinde bulunan mikrofungusları teşhis etmek sadece elimizde bir tür listesi oluşmasını sağlar. Bu mikrofungusların trofik yapı açısından yani ekolojik olarak değerlendirilmesi ormanlarımızın korunması ve devamlılığının sağlanması açısından önemlidir.In this study, the trophic structure of microfungi and their relationships with host plants are acquainted. In addition, the results of the Turkey's major forest ecosystems microfungi identification studies that have been made to present are given (tree-shrubs formations of Karaman province, Black Sea coastal forests -Rize, Trabzon, Giresun, Samsun- Rize province forest ecosystems, Kurtboğazı Lake Dam phytocoenosis, Küre Mountains forest ecosystems, Strandja Mountains forest ecosystems, and Uludag forest formations). Identified microfungi are evaluated in terms of trophic structure (phyllotrophic, carpotrophic, coprotrophic, xylotrophic, ligninotrophic and mycotrophic). Identification of the microfungi in forest ecosystems gives us only a species list. Evaluation of the microfungi in the way of trophic structure, so aspect of ecology, is important to ensure the continuity and protection of forests.
