Özet

Nevus comedonicus is a rare hamartoma of pilosebaceous unit. Lesions are found the most common in face and neck, body, upper arm, respectively, and localized, linear numerous groups of comedones. Sometimes, after lesion inflammation fistulas, sinuses and severe scars can often seen. Nevus comedonicus has been described in association with various skeleton, ophtalmic, central nervous system, skin abnormalities and a term "nevus comedonicus syndrome" has been used for this. When nevus comedonicus is faced, systemic questioning and physical examination should be performed absolutely in terms of nevus comedonicus syndrome. Nevus comedonicus can be easily diagnosed with clinical and histopathological findings, but there is no effective treatment. Here, we reported four cases diagnosed with nevus comedonicu. © 2017 by Tör ki ye Klinikleri.
