Özet
The aim of this study is determined to deal with the center-provincial relations of the Anatolian State in the axis of the 22nd Ayniyat Register, kept in October-November 1829. The Ayniyat Registers started to be held by Sadrazam Mektubi Kalemi have kept as the Grand Vizier's orders, registers, letters, and other official documents after the 18th century. By examining these orders, it's possible to have an idea about the problems that occupy the provinces, ministries, and departments of the Anatolia Eyalet and how the relationship between the rulers and the ruled is carried out. In this study, which presents a one-month period from October-November 1829 of the Mahmud the 2nd has been presented, the excess of center-province correspondence draws attention. The issues reflected in the book were examined in six categories that are military, economic, civil, judicial, social issues, and the needs of Istanbul.
