Özet
This study examines the interim injunction decisions made by the International Court of Justice in a case where South Africa accused the State of Israel of committing the crime of “Genocide.” The study explores the idea that international law predominantly serves the powerful and argues that progress can be made in terms of international law concerning Gaza. It aims to challenge the notion that law solely benefits the powerful based on the concept of “common interest.”.
