Özet
Press and broadcasting activities within the scope of the definition of communication have a very old history. Communication and, accordingly, the press have been one of the most important tools used to understand and convey the change and development of humanity from the past to the present. Of course, the development of press and publishing life was formed by the invention of writing. After the invention of writing, the most important stage is the invention and development of the printing press. The foundation of today's modern printing press is 15. It was created by Gutenberg in the century. The first printing press in the Ottoman state was established by Jews in 1493. Following this, the Armenians opened their first printing houses in 1567 and the Greeks in 1627. The first Turkish printing press was opened in 1727. 2. Upon the proclamation of the constitution, Tonguç Newspaper started to be published on February 24, 1909 by Mirza Sait Bey. A quarter of a century ago, A quarter of ago, İsmail Bey Gaspıralı published a newspaper in Crimea, which could only be published with one issue under this name, was published by Tonguç Newspaper, which entered the press life in Istanbul during the 2nd Constitution period. The newspaper, which published 36 issues in a period of about 3 months, was followed with interest in many Muslim geographies, including Ottoman lands. Tonguç newspaper, which includes many literary genres in its content, has gained an important place in the press and broadcasting life as a result of the news it has conveyed from Europe and the Islamic world. Since it contains many informative works in its content, it has appealed to different segments of the public. With all these features, Tonguç newspaper has played an important role in raising public awareness and increasing the level of culture.
