Özet
The global spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic has resulted in significant challenges in the domains of human health, energy, and economy, particularly within industrial production processes. Evaluations conducted regarding greenhouse gas emissions and atmospheric CO2 levels have revealed that the measures implemented during the pandemic to combat COVID-19 have had diverse effects on the ecosystem. This study investigates the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on greenhouse gas emissions in OECD countries using the K-Means clustering technique. It analyzes various variables associated with total greenhouse gas emissions, emission intensities, temperature changes, and the agriculture sector within the context of climate change parameters.
