Graphene-Modified Electrodes for Detection of Vitamins

Abstract

For this chapter, electroanalytical methods, which are easy to apply, are preferred as a good alternative to other methods because they are simple, sensitive, and selective. Consequently, the physical and chemical properties of graphene-modified sensors used in the electrochemical analysis of vitamins in the last 10 years are examined in detail.
