Öğretim elemanlarının olumlu sınıf iklimi sağlama yeterliliklerine ilişkin Türkçe öğretmeni adaylarının görüşleri

Abstract

Bu tezin amacı, öğretim elemanlarının olumlu sınıf iklimi sağlama yeterliliklerine ilişkin Türkçe öğretmeni adaylarının görüşlerini tespit etmektir. Tez bu yönüyle, öğretim elemanlarının yeterliklerinin, bir anlamda performanslarının öğretmen adayları, öğrenciler tarafından değerlendirildiği bir çalışmadır. Nicel bir araştırma olan bu tezde, Türkçe öğretmeni adaylarına göre öğretim elemanlarının olumlu sınıf iklimi sağlama yeterliklerini gerçekleştirme sıklığının düzeyinin yüksek olduğu sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Türkçe öğretmeni adaylarının öğretim elemanlarının olumlu sınıf iklimi sağlama yeterliklerini gerçekleştirme sıklığına ilişkin görüşleri arasında, "öğrenim görülen üniversite", "sınıf düzeyi", "sınıf yönetimi dersinin önemine ilişkin algı", "öğretim elemanının öğrencilerle ilişkisinin niteliğine ilişkin algı", "öğrencinin sınıftaki diğer öğrencilerle ilişkisinin niteliğine ilişkin algı", "derslerin verimli işlenip işlenmediğine ilişkin algı", "öğretim elemanının sınıf yönetme başarısına ilişkin algı" değişkenlerine göre istatistiksel açıdan anlamlı farklılıkların olduğu da elde elde edilen diğer sonuçlar olmuştur.The purpose of this thesis is to determine the opinions of the Turkish teacher candidates regarding the qualifications of the instructors to provide positive classroom atmosphere. In this sense, the thesis is a study where the qualifications of the instructors are assessed by student candidates and students in a sense of their performance. In this thesis, which is a quantitative study, according to the Turkish teacher candidates, it has been reached that the level of the teachers' ability to perform positive classroom atmosphere is higher. Among the opinions of the Turkish teacher candidates about the frequency of the instructors 'fulfillment of the positive classroom provision competencies are the following: "university at the level of education", "class level", "perception of the importance of classroom management", "perception of the quality of teaching staff' there are statistically significant differences according to the perception of the quality of the relationship with the students, perception of whether the courses are being processed efficiently, and perception of the teaching staff about classroom management success.
